PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
InfoisInfo hereby informs its users about is personal data protection policy, so that they may freely and of their own volition determine whether they wish to provide InfoisInfo the personal data that may be required of them, or that may be obtained through their use of the services and functions that we provide. As owner of the “www.infoisinfo-au.com” domain, Comerleads, S.L. informs the users of its Website about its Data Protection Policy, applicable to the data that may be required of them.
Data requested and treatment thereof. Right of information. When the user decides to register on InfoisInfo, the following personal data will be requested in section “Register as a user”: Name, Email, Mobile Number, with the sole purpose of registering the user and managing his/her account, so that the user may interact with the companies and users interested in purchasing his/her products or hiring his/her services offered by InfoisInfo.
By sending the data, the user expressly and unequivocally consents to the treatment of the same by InfoisInfo, under the conditions stated in section II, entitled “Privacy Control”.
All personal data described above, as well as any other information provided by the users, which is subject to be obtained through the completion of the forms embedded in the InfoisInfo website, or by their subscription or registration in one of the services offered by the website, shall be subject to treatment and incorporated to a personal data file named “Web Users”, owned by Comerleads, S.L., and duly registered at the General Personal Data Registry of the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Data, who shall be solely responsible and the only addressee of the information. Said file shall serve the purpose of maintaining the relationship established with the user; the management, administration, provision, expansion and improvement of the services offered by the InfoisInfo, through its website “www.infoisinfo-au.com”.
Privacy Control. The user shall have control of his/her data, and may access it at any given time, and change it. The user may also request the cancellation of the use of his/her personal data, by writing to this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the relationship between the user and InfoisInfo has ended, which means when the user cancels his/her subscription to the service, all his/her personal data will be automatically erased.
In addition, by expressly, precisely and unequivocally accepting these conditions, the user authorizes Comerleads, S.L. to send commercial communications which may be useful or interesting to the user in relation with his/her products and/or services.
Right to access, rectification, elimination, limitation and portability of the data, and opposition to the treatment of Personal Data. InfoisInfo users may exercise the above mentioned rights as recognized by the GDPR at any time, and free of charge, by calling the number (+34) 910149822, through a letter addressed to Comerleads, S.L., Tax Identification Number B-85753614 and domiciled on Calle Alejandro González 5, 6th B, 28028, Madrid, or by addressing an email to: email@example.com, Reference: Personal Data Protection. We also remind you that you may address a claim to the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Personal Data regarding the use of your personal data by Comerleads, S.L.
InfoisInfo shall not use the personal data for any purpose other than those expressed in Section I, and it shall maintain maximum confidentiality of the information provided. Additionally, in accordance with the provisions of the LSSICE regarding the sending of commercial communications via email, InfoisInfo shall include an electronic address ( firstname.lastname@example.org), where users may exercise their right of opposition at any time, in order to cancel their subscription at any time, and thus stop receiving any kind of information or communication.
InfoisInfo is concerned about guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of your data. Therefore, we inform you that we have implemented the technical and organizational security measures necessary to guarantee the security of your Personal Data, and therefore avoid its alteration, loss, treatment, and/or unauthorized access, due to the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether they proceed from human action, or the physical or natural environment; all in conformity with the provisions of article 9 of the LOPD, and the above cited European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data.
